Inviting Members
You can invite members by email address. Each invited member will receive an email with an invitation link. Each member needs to create an account using the invited email address. After creating the account, the user can accept the invite on our app's homepage. Once the invite is accepted, the status will change from invited
to member
Roles
Currently, we support 3 roles:
Owner
There is only one Owner in a space. This role cannot be changed or assigned to anyone else. It is assigned to the account that created the space at the time of creation. Only the Owner has access to plan, payments, and billing information.
Admin
Admins have almost all the rights of a space Owner, with some exceptions. Admins cannot change the roles of space members; this must be done by the Owner. Additionally, Admins do not have access to payment or billing information.
Member
Members do not have any management rights but can fully use the space. They can participate in discussions, polls, and announcements, and collaborate with other team members within the space.
