Refreshed some UI parts and UX improvement

We've refreshed some UI parts, like feed selecting while creating new content, as well as polls creator. We also did some other small changes to make the app look and feel better

Questions are now available in production! 🔥

People with access can post answers, and the author can select the best answer that worked for him. This answer will be displayed on the feed page for ultra quick access without opening the question page. Everyone can vote for helpful answers.

Improvements in feed previews

We've implemented a new logic to generate previews from feed items (announcements, discussions and question). New logic, will remove HTML tags from string, and will be based on all text paragraphs from created content. It should look and feel much better than previous version 🎉
